American Legion Post 86 is committed to supporting veterans by fostering community engagement and charitable initiatives. We uphold values of honor, service, and camaraderie to empower those who have served our country.
We are proud to offer assistance and resources to the veterans of Nacogdoches and the surrounding area. We have assisted struggling veterans getting food, paying rent and utilities, major repairs (e.g. water main), and much more.
On top of any assistance we can offer, we maintain a welcoming and safe environment of comradery: soldier to soldier, sailor to sailor, airman to airman.
